Our carbon fiber square tube pultrusions are manufactured using high-strength carbon fiber and epoxy resin matrix, achieving maximum accuracy and performance. Carbon fiber options include T300 T700,T800,M30,M40,60T,65T. Both inner and outer diameters can be customized, with a diameter range of 10mm-800mm and a maximum length of 9000mm. Product thickness: 0.1-300mm.
Carbon fiber square tube is a hollow square carbon fiber tube made of cured carbon fiber (CFRP). Although smaller profile sizes can bend to a certain extent, they are essentially rigid products that can be directly used in projects. These square tubes are manufactured using a pultrusion process, which causes unidirectional fibers to extend longitudinally along the profile. This will generate maximum stiffness in its length direction. It can be used for a wide range of applications, including robotics, automation, lightweight structures, drones, sports and leisure equipment, exhibitions, and more.

Some manufacturers, for the convenience of workers, use carbon fiber cloth with simple processes, few rolling layers, and even mixed with other substances. Although the surface of such carbon fiber cloth is normal, it is prone to cracking during later use. High quality carbon cloth is woven from carbon fiber filaments, with a flat surface and non loose cutting. When burned, the carbon fiber cloth will turn red but will not be ignited. If other dyed silk fabrics are ignited. Our factory uses high-quality carbon fiber cloth, which is lightweight and high-strength, making it easy for CNC machining such as punching, slotting, and tapping in the later stage.
Some manufacturers only focus on using PU ordinary mixed paint on the surface. Although the surface appears smooth and beautiful, it is easy to peel off the paint, not wear-resistant and not environmentally friendly. During use, it will emit some harmful substances that are very harmful to the user. Our factory uses multiple polishing and polishing paints, which have strong adhesion, good wear resistance, and meet environmental protection requirements
Some manufacturers use unidirectional rolled carbon fiber cloth or extruded tube rolled 3K carbon fiber cloth. All pipes in our factory are made of bi-directional woven carbon fiber cloth, effectively ensuring that the carbon fiber pipes maintain overall strength in both vertical and horizontal directions during later use.
